Beauty Connection Ginza Fruits Salonのプロデュース及び、クリエイティブディレクション。「旬のフルーツをふんだんに使った、フルーツスイーツのフルコース 」というコンセプトのもと、BIEN-ETRE Patisserie 馬場麻衣子氏とメニュー開発、General Designの大堀氏と空間デザイン、KAGEN子安氏とオペレーション構築を行い、新たな飲食ビジネスを構築した。
EVERY DAY IS THE DAY was the business producer and creative director of Beauty Connection Ginza Fruits Salon. The concept was based on “a full course of sweets using plenty of seasonal fruits” and we have developed the menu with BIEN-ETRE Patisserie Maiko Baba, the space design with Ohori of General Design, and the restaurant operation by Koyasu of KAGEN. A new food and beverage business was built.
